Tenant in borough of Saint-Leonard accusing landlord of negligence

A tenant in the borough of Saint-Leonard is accusing her landlord of negligence. She says a umber of problems have gone unresolved despite several complaints and she also blames the borough for failing to address what she calls unsanitary living conditions. Phil Carpenter reports.
