Peel Regional Police announced the dismantling of what they call a violent organized criminal network in relation to a series of violent home invasions, car thefts, stabbings and shootings that left victims and the community terrorized. The investigation, dubbed Project Ghost, has resulted in more than a dozen arrests and nearly 200 charges laid. Lexy Benedict reports.
