City of Vancouver responds to backlash over by-election wait times

An apology Sunday from Vancouver’s city manager for the wait times people faced while casting ballots in Saturday’s by-election. Some voters stood in line for more than two hours. When it was all over, Vancouverites had sent a message to the mayor and his ABC party. Alissa Thibault reports.
