Economist Justin Wolfers from the University of Michigan says U.S. President Donald Trump has effectively cut America off from the rest of the world economy with his sweeping global tariffs imposed this week. “So the people who this is gonna hurt the most is the United States. It’s people, it’s moms and dads and families in America,” Wolfers tells Global’s Jackson Proskow.
