Norfolk Island residents were left “dumbfounded” the hefty 29 per cent tariff imposed by U.S. President Donald Trump, a former islander said Friday, following the president’s announcement earlier in the week. The tiny Australian territory has a population just over 2,000 people and limited exports and manufacturing.
