Will closing Ste-Catherine Street West to traffic kill business?

Opposition at Montreal City hall is calling on the Plante administration to review plans for sections of Ste-Catherine Street West in downtown Montreal. They argue that the plan is flawed, isn’t popular with the public and will kill business. Global’s Phil Carpenter reports.
