Pope Francis in critical condition after health deteriorates

Breaking news out of Rome where Pope Francis’ health has deteriorated. After more than a week in hospital, the Vatican says the 88-year-old Pontiff is now in critical condition. In a statement, the Vatican said “The Holy Father’s condition continues to be critical and that he suffered an asthma-like respiratory crisis of prolonged intensity which required the administration of high-flow oxygen. The Pope is not out of danger”
