Call for referendum on Port Moody tower proposals

Development pressure is being felt right across the province, with B.C. ordering municipalities to increase density, particularly near SkyTrain stations. In Port Moody, that’s resulted in plans for more than a dozen towers in the heart of the city. But as Emily Lazatin reports, one councillor is hoping to let voters have their say at the ballot box.
