A New York judge ruled on Friday that U.S. President-elect Donald Trump was unconditionally discharged from his hush money case on all 34 counts of falsifying business records. The ruling will allow him to return to the White House for his second term toward the end of this month, but the judge said Trump will become the first person convicted of a felony to assume the presidency. His inauguration is set to take place on Jan. 20, 2025.
