Loblaw apologizes after overweighted meat sold in Western Canada stores

Loblaw is apologizing after an investigation found the grocer was overcharging its customers for meat products. The retailer found several of its stores were including the weight of packaging to its total cost — something that flies in the face of food regulations. Kyle Benning has more.
