Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy discussed licensing U.S. air defence production in Ukraine on Thursday during a visit to a U.S. air base in Ramstein, Germany. “We’ve had talks with the U.S. about licencing the production of air defence systems and missiles here in Ukraine and this could become a significant part of our security guarantees and it’s absolutely doable. But we must keep in mind that the last NATO summit promises haven’t been fulfilled yet…We need air defence systems, you gave us already,” Zelenskyy said.
