Travel permit for Canadians delayed for Europe

The rollout of a new entry requirement for visa-exempt Canadian nationals in Europe has been delayed. The European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS) was due to launch last year, requiring Canadian passport holders among others travelling to some 30 European countries for a short stay to apply for the permit.
