Federal law enforcement are searching for additional suspects after a truck drove through a New Orleans crowd early on New Year’s Day, killing at least 10 and injuring dozens more. “When we face evil, we have a choice. We can run in fear, or we can indeed stand in strength in a time of crisis,” said New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) superintendent Anne Kirkpatrick.
