Vancouver prepares for a ‘safe’ New Year’s Eve celebration

The City of Vancouver is preparing for a busy night as many people are expected to be out and about celebrating this New Year’s Eve. There may not be any city-planned public events or fireworks this year, but as Andrea Macpherson reports, there are still plenty of entertainment and transit options.
