U.S. president-elect Donald Trump has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to delay the implementation of a law that could ban TikTok until his administration can intervene with a “political resolution.” The ban could take effect on Jan. 19 if the app is not sold by its Chinese parent company. The court is due to hear arguments on Jan. 10.
