As winter begins and temperatures drop, many people are at risk of isolation due to increased indoor time. In response, a local community group is working to spread joy during the holiday season. Meanwhile in Quebec, a tentative agreement has been reached between the provincial government and childcare workers. Following weeks of delayed opening hours at childcare centers affiliated with CSQ to facilitate negotiations for a new agreement, which would last for five years if ratified.
