Richmond Hill man pleads guilty to Second Degree murder

Lance Burkhard from Richmond Hill, admits to killing Wasfi Ghalban during a home invasion robbery but says he never intended to kill him. The court of appeal overturned his conviction for first-degree murder earlier this year, and he has now pleaded guilty to Second Degree Murder. Catherine McDonald reports.
