Halifax man without place to live after he says belongings thrown out by landlord

A Halifax man says he’s without a place to live after he returned from work to find his belongings thrown out of his apartment. Deposit Nova Scotia’ tenancy board saying he has a right to stay, the man no longer can access his apartment unit. Mitchell Bailey reports.
