John Horgan remembered at public memorial

Former B.C. premier John Horgan was remembered and celebrated with humour, laughter and tears at a public memorial event in Colwood. Horgan served as premier from 2017 until 2022 and was later appointed as Canada’s ambassador to Germany. He died on November 12th following a third cancer diagnosis. Richard Zussman reports.
