The Halifax Central library is marking its ten-year anniversary at its location on Spring Garden Road. Crowds of people poured out to celebrate the occasion with cake, trivia and goodies. Some even used the day to walk down memory lane and reminisce about when the library opened in 2014 and what the space has meant to them since it’s become the heart of downtown Halifax.
