Holt government breaks promise to immediately reverse carbon adjuster

Of the 100 campaign promises made by Susan Holt’s government, one has officially been broken. The commitment to immediately reverse the carbon adjuster put in place by the Higgs government has now been scrapped. Instead, discussions are underway about potential deregulation of fuel prices.
