Parole board recommended suspect in Toronto murder case live in facility to stop him reoffending

A man charged with the murder of his girlfriend on Sunday night had a violent history involving intimate partner relationships. The Parole Board of Canada recommended that upon his statutory release, Aaron Shea live in a residential facility to mitigate his risk of reoffending. Catherine McDonald reports.
