French language minister injects $10M into reinstate French language courses for immigrants

After weeks of protests and layoffs, the Quebec government is now injecting money to reopen French courses for immigrants. The province’s francisation program has been riddled with issues this fall, leading thousands of immigrants to lose access to their courses. Global’s Franca Mignacca reports.
