Rebels continued their push in western Syria on Tuesday, taking hold of four towns as the country’s civil war ramps up. As international concern rises, and after conducting a self-defence attack against an unrelated ISIS weapons system, the U.S. is calling for all players in the region to work towards an old United Nations-established peace plan.
