Kamloops crash victim’s father describes learning there will be no criminal charges

The father of a young man who suffered life-altering injuries following a 2023 crash in Kamloops says his family and those of the other victims – all from the Thompson Rivers University volleyball team – were shocked to hear that the driver won’t face criminal charges.
