Bone-chilling temperatures in Edmonton have animal rescues concerned

With freezing temperatures in Edmonton, it is dangerous for anyone to be outdoors, and stray animals have nowhere to go. Fay Swann and Al Buttnor with Edmonton Cold Weather Animal Rescue Society joined Global News at Noon to speak about steps they are taking to keep animals safe.
