Durham Regional Police provide update on combatting auto theft with “Project Attire”

Police in Durham Region provide an update on their efforts to fight the auto theft crisis across the region. “Project Attire”, a unit started in 2023 is dedicated to auto theft investigations and recovery. As Lexy Benedict tells us tonight, while there has been a decrease in incidents, they are calling on the federal government for more help.
