Montreal’s plans for Ste-Catherine Street West causing concern for businesses

Montrealers are learning more details about the city’s plans to redevelop Ste-Catherine Street, making certain sections open to pedestrian only. Mayor Valérie Plante wants two portions of the busy commercial strip, near Concordia University and McGill College Avenue, to be open spaces where people can gather. Tim Sargeant reports.
