TransLink prepares for La Niña winter in Metro Vancouver

Ahead of what’s expected to be a cold, and snowy winter, TransLink is unveiling how it’s preparing its buses and the Skytrain system for La Niña. As Andrea Macpherson reports the transit authority hopes to avoid the delays and cancellations that have plagued the service when snow starts to fall.
