‘Hearts and Hands 4 Ukraine’ holds toy drive

A local grassroots organization is helping newcomers to Canada feel welcome this holiday season. Hearts and Hands 4 Ukraine is holding a toy drive for kids who have recently arrived from the war-torn country. Klaudia Van Emmerik has more.
