B.C. port union launches constitutional challenge

The union representing port foremen in B.C. has launched a constitutional challenge after it was ordered back to work by the federal government. Earlier this month, Labour Minister Steven Mackinnon ordered binding arbitration in the labour dispute between the ILWU Local 514 Union and the BC Maritime Employers Association.
