Alleged fraudsters have been arrested in Glendale, Calif., for purporting to claim that luxury vehicles they owned were torn up after bears gained entry to the vehicle and tore up the interior. The arrests were made after home security footage showed what was supposed to be a bear, but what insurance investigators say is a person in a bear costume.
