Trudeau wants Canada, U.S. to succeed on ‘both sides of border’ after Trump re-elected

Speaking in Vancouver, B.C., on Friday, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau answered reporters’ questions regarding major takeaways from the recent U.S. presidential election and its potential impact on Canadian investments. “I look forward to seeing a more competitive North America, I look forward to working with Donald Trump — as we did years ago — to make sure that when the Canadian middle class succeeds, the American middle class succeeds, we all succeed on both sides of the border,” Trudeau said.
