24-year-old Skyler Philippi was taken into custody by the FBI on Tuesday over allegations he planned to blow up an energy facility “like a fourth of July firework.” When he was arrested, the Columbia man was believed to be moments away from flying a drone strapped with explosives into the substation, according to the United States Department of Justice.
