Ukraine said on Tuesday that it fired at North Korean troops deployed to Russia, on the same day that Pyongyang test fired at least seven short-range missiles. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has called for more support from his allies, saying the North Korean troops bring instability.
