Poppy sale proceeds help fund puppies for veterans with PTSD

The Royal Canadian Legion’s poppy campaign is in full swing and when you buy one, you support veterans in many ways. Thanks to the donations of Quebecers, local veterans are about to get better access to services dogs to help them navigate post-traumatic stress disorder. Global’s Dan Spector reports.
