Nova Scotia woman speaks out after delayed surgery, says system is ‘in crisis’

A Nova Scotia woman who badly injured her hand and required surgery says the province’s health-care system is in crisis. As Skye Bryden-Blom reports, she was told 72 hours would be ideal for the operation, but she ended up waiting nearly two weeks.
