A labour dispute could once again grind traffic to a halt at the port of Vancouver. Seven hundred unionized foremen could soon be on strike or locked out by the Maritime Employers Association, which says port operations are already being impacted. As Andrea Macpherson reports, business groups are already calling for the federal government to intervene, warning the port stoppage could cost the economy $800 million per day.
