Okanagan winery tries burying vines as winter protection plan

The Okanagan wine industry has been decimated by back-to-back winters of extreme cold, but one winery is trying a new strategy to save its crops. As Victoria Femia reports, it involves burying some of the vines in an “earthen blanket”.
