After a count that took nine days to finalize, David Eby and the BC NDP has ‘officially’ won a ‘bare majority’ of 47 seats and will form the next B.C. government. As Andrea Macpherson reports, that majority was decided by just a handful of votes in the Surrey-Guildford riding.
