No more doctor’s notes? CMA says ‘sick notes’ should be skipped for minor illnesses

The Canadian Medical Association (CMA) says it’s time for “sick notes” for common, short-term illnesses to go. As health reporter Katherine Ward explains, the change could alleviate pressure on doctors who are already stretched to the limit.
