On the heels of a historic decision by the Assembly of First Nations chiefs to reject a $47 billion child welfare deal, there are questions on how to fix an ailing child welfare system. It’s hoped another round of negotiations with the federal government can begin soon but there’s growing concern another generation may be left behind. Heather Yourex-West reports.
