Hundreds of Montreal pet owners donned Halloween costumes Saturday afternoon and converged at the Outremont Dog Park in the Montreal borough of Outremont. They wanted to express concern over the future of the space because of major renovation work planned for the nearby Outremont Dog Park. Phil Carpenter reports.
