A group of racialized Montrealers speak out against police ethics commissioner

Three Montrealers are denouncing the lack of consequences for police officers who they accuse of racial profiling. They say the rejection of their complaints by the police ethics commissioner sets a disturbing precedent. Global’s Dan Spector reports.
