At-risk youth organizations can soon apply for crime prevention funding: LeBlanc

Public Safety Minister Dominic LeBlanc spoke in Toronto on Friday to announce that eligible at-risk youth organizations across Canada – starting on Nov. 1 and ending Dec. 20, 2024 – will be able to apply for crime prevention funding from the federal government. An estimated $123.5 million will be available over the next five years. LeBlanc says the funding will help give vulnerable youth “the tools to chart a brighter path.”
