Canada’s Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre said in Toronto, Ont., on Thursday that the Liberal party’s “immigration flip-flop” demonstrated Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s “massive admission of failure” on the immigration system. “We can’t expect that Justin Trudeau will keep any of these frantic, panicked, last-minute promises that he’s making to reverse his earlier decisions,” Poilievre said.
