The trial of a Toronto city councillor heard from a second witness Monday who said she received a cottage invite after talking to Michael Thompson about potential work with the city. The witness alleges that Thompson reached under her bathing suit and applied sun lotion to her breasts, buttocks, and thighs while she was intoxicated. Matthew Bingley reports.
