Health Matters: Florida flesh-eating bacteria cases spike

Some Florida counties in the Tampa Bay area are reporting increases in cases of flesh-eating bacteria. The bacteria ‘vibrio vulnificus’ is commonly found in warm, coastal waters, which Hurricanes Helene and Milton brought onto land.
