Universities in Atlantic region feeling international student cap

As universities feel the impact of the cap on international students, the Province of Nova Scotia says they need to learn to adapt. A university group for the Atlantic region is expressing concern after enrolment numbers dropped by thousands of international students this year. Skye Bryden-Blom reports.
