A U.S. Coast Guard crew rescued a man in his lifejacket clinging onto a cooler in the Gulf of Mexico, a day after he went missing from tending to his ship ahead of Hurricane Milton’s arrival in Florida. The man was taken to hospital after surviving an extended period on the float during the storm, including overnight.
